We’re looking for couples who are on the same wavelength as us and who absolutely want to spend their wedding day with us, and we hope that these very couples will find us. A video call beforehand is therefore important to us and an absolute must. That way, you – and we – know that we’re a perfect match and that you’ll feel completely at ease with us on your big day.

I will get back to you as soon as possible. Since we are kept very busy during wedding season, it may occasionally take a little while before you hear back from me. I prefer to reply during the week, when I am in the office, as it is important to me to give your inquiry my full attention and provide a thorough response. If you haven’t heard from me within 72 hours, please be sure to check your spam folder; if you still find nothing there, please reach out to me again—this time including your mobile number—so that I can respond to you directly. Please don’t worry—I will use your mobile number solely to send you a text message. You will not receive any unsolicited phone calls from me.

Before I officially book a wedding date, I would, of course, like to get to know you. If possible, we can meet in person or arrange a video call. If—after that conversation—you still like me (*smiles*) and I like you too, I would love to meet you in person before your wedding. Simply so that we aren’t strangers on your big day, and to ensure that the chemistry is truly right.

We love telling the complete story of your wedding day. Most couples book us for 10 hours or more—covering everything from “getting ready” right through to the dancing. We really don’t like missing a single part of your celebration—whether it’s a one-day wedding or an entire wedding weekend. We are also happy to offer shorter coverage options during the week.

Upon receiving your inquiry, I will check my calendar to see if the date you have in mind is still available. If I am indeed available on your requested date, I will let you know as soon as possible via email and/or SMS (provided you have provided your mobile number). You will also receive a detailed response from me, including an overview of my services. Additionally, you have the option to schedule a call with me directly via my calendar; in that case, I will give you a brief call at your chosen time—giving you the opportunity to get to know me a little and ask any initial questions you may have. Please note: we will schedule a comprehensive consultation separately; this initial call is intended solely as a brief (approx. 15-minute) preliminary conversation.
