We are still in touch with most of the couples you see on our website, and in some cases we’ve even become friends. We’re looking for couples who are on the same wavelength as us and who absolutely want to spend their wedding day with us, and we hope that these very couples will find us. A video call beforehand is therefore important to us and an absolute must. That way, you – and we – know that we’re a perfect match and that you’ll feel completely at ease with us on your big day.

I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. During wedding season, we’re often on the road, so it may take a little while before you hear from me. I usually reply during the week when I’m in the office, because I want to take the time to read your inquiry properly and respond with care. If you haven’t heard from me within 72 hours, please check your spam folder first and then reach out again — ideally with your mobile number, so I can react quickly and make sure my reply reaches you. And please don’t worry: I’ll only use your mobile number to send you a short text message. You won’t receive any unexpected calls from me.

Before officially reserving your wedding date, I’d always love to get to know you first. If possible, we can either meet in person or schedule a video call. And if, after that conversation, it still feels like a perfect match on both sides, I’d love to see you again before the wedding. That way, we won’t feel like strangers on one of the most meaningful days of your life — and we can be sure the chemistry truly feels right.

We love capturing a wedding day in its entirety. Most of our couples book us for 10 hours or more, allowing us to document everything from the getting ready through to the dancing. We rarely want to miss a single part of your celebration. Whether it’s one wedding day or an entire wedding weekend, we’re there to tell the story in full. Shorter coverages are also available, particularly on weekdays.

Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll check my calendar to see whether your date is still available. If I’m still available for your wedding, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible by email and/or text message, if you included your mobile number. You’ll also receive a detailed response from me, along with a first overview of my services. In addition, you’ll have the option to schedule a call directly through my calendar. At your chosen time, I’ll give you a short call so you can get to know me a little better and ask any initial questions you may have. Please note that a more detailed consultation will be planned separately — this first call is simply intended as a brief introduction of around 15 minutes.
