Thank you so much for your inquiry. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Since we are often busy capturing weddings during the wedding season, it may occasionally take a little longer for you to hear from me. I prefer to reply during the week when I am in the office, as it is important to me to answer your inquiry with care and attention.

If you have not heard from me within 72 hours, please check your spam folder once again and feel free to reach out to me again. In that case, please include your mobile number so I can respond more directly. Please do not worry — I would only ever use your number to send you a text message. You will not receive an unsolicited phone call from me.

Once I receive your inquiry, I will check my calendar to see whether your wedding date is still available. If I am still available for your date, I will let you know as quickly as possible by email and/or text message, provided you have included your mobile number.

You will also receive a detailed reply from me along with a first look at my services. In addition, you will have the opportunity to book a short call through my calendar. If you choose to do so, I will give you a brief call at the time you selected, giving you the chance to get to know me a little better and ask your first questions.

Please note that a more in-depth consultation will be planned separately. This first call is simply meant to offer you the opportunity for a short introductory conversation of around 15 minutes.

For a brief introduction and any first questions, I am available for a phone or video call in the near future. Simply book your preferred time in my calendar, and I will call you at the scheduled time.

You are welcome to attend this call on your own or together with your partner. This first call is entirely about you, your plans, and your initial questions. A detailed consultation will take place separately. During that consultation, we will go much deeper into your planning and the specific details of your wedding.

If you feel that we might be the right match, I would be delighted to get to know you better. Our consultation is a chance to see whether the chemistry feels right. We will take a first look at your plans, talk through your wishes and needs, and give you the clarity you need to make the decision that feels right for you before booking.

We will also discuss additional services and options, so you can start considering what matters most to you. Even after signing the contract, it is still possible to add services later on.

So that nothing is left to chance, you will receive a contract tailored to your plans and wishes. Once you accept the terms, you can check one more important task off your wedding planning list.

Once the first steps are complete, we move into the detailed planning stage. You will receive a wedding guide from me to support you throughout the planning process. You will also always have the opportunity to reach out to me and ask questions.

I will support you, help gather the important details, and guide you through the process. Good planning helps avoid unnecessary stress and gives you a sense of calm and confidence for your day. I will not leave you standing in the rain — at most, I will dance in it with you. You will benefit from my experience, and I will show you the paths and possibilities you can use to your advantage.
